What is a back-to-back installation?

For a single-storey building, the standard installation includes a maximum 3-meter length of the copper pipes between the indoor unit and the compressor (for low-set homes or buildings). Any additional distance will incur extra charges. The cost for each additional meter beyond this standard distance is $50 to cover expenses for the ducting, copper, and electrical work.

For a two-storey building, the standard installation includes a maximum of 4 meter of copper pipes between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit (for high-set homes or buildings).
